Dressing for skiing is not as hard as you might think. Weather in the mountains can be fickle so layer is best. For your outerwear bring along water resistant pants and parka. Depending on the temperature sweatpants or long underwear work well. A knit hat and goggles for inclement weather, ball cap, sunglasses a must for clear skies, gloves or mittens (mittens are warmer but less flexible) Insulated socks (but not too thick). Sunscreen SPF 15 or higher.
