Written Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

Forest Suites Resort is nestled in an intimate alpine environment just step away from year-round recreation activities, a few minutes walk from casinos, and blocks from the crystal clear waters of Lake Tahoe All lodging units have either basic television service or satellite TV. Free wifi available in most units. Most cell phone services work in Almont.

A Parking Fee of $20.00 per night, per vehicle will be charged at hotel for stays beginning July 1st, 2024. 1 Bedroom Suites will allow for 1parking pass and 2 Bedroom Suites a max of 2 parking passes. Forest Suites Resort is a completely non-smoking. Rates are subject to change.

Written Deposit and Cancellation policy (January 1, 2024 -December 19, 2024) A deposit of 1 night room + tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount. Once full payment has been taken, no refund will be given if all or any part of reservation is cancelled either before arrival date or during the stay. (December 20,2024- January 04, 2025) A deposit of 1 night room + tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount. Once full payment has been taken, no refund will be given if all or any part of reservation is cancelled either before arrival date or during the stay. (January 5, 2025 -December 19, 2025) A deposit of 1 night room + tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount. Once full payment has been taken, no refund will be given if all or any part of reservation is cancelled either before arrival date or during the stay.
Non-refundable promotions require full payment and are 100% non-refundable if cancelled or modified.
Reservation is guaranteed for late arrival. Cardholder must present the same provided credit card at time of check in for verification Taxes and Fees: 12.195% Occupancy Tax, $4/night City Tax, and taxable $25/night Resort Amenities Fee (to include Breakfast, WIFI, parking, and guest activities)
